We never Compromise on Quality

At BORG Automotive, we annually remanufacture more than two million units across all our product lines. Our employees undergo continual training, and we consistently work with supplier quality management, each of which forms the basis of our self-awareness. In practice, this means that we always aim for the highest quality in the aftermarket. Our production sites in Poland, the UK, and Spain are all certified according to quality certification ISO 9001:2015 and environmental certification ISO 14001:2015. In addition, our production in Spain is certified to IATF 16949 Automotive Management System, and our products in the UK are ISO 45001 Health and Safety certified. To ensure that our products work optimally in their usual environment, we carry out durability tests and conduct regular road tests on them. We only remanufacture original parts and our products meet the same standards as an OE product, and every product has a two-year warranty period with unlimited mileage.

Working with the latest technologies

In an industry that is constantly evolving and where engineering, electronics, and software are moving to a whole new level in the field of mechatronics, we need to be prepared for new technologies to expand our product portfolio. That is also why our competent R&D team is developing our reman processes and adding product numbers to our existing ranges. We explore new car models in the market to find automotive parts within our eight product groups, which are not part of our product portfolio yet. Afterwards, we research how to remanufacture these parts alongside exploring future tendencies in the automotive industry so that we can optimise our workflow and add new, attractive product groups to our portfolio. This will ensure that we continue to lead the way in the future and keep up with the latest industry developments.

We always strive for more knowledge and better expertise. Therefore, we opened our own Academy in 2018, where our employees are educated in the latest product technologies, such as mechatronics. In 2021, we also launched our Technology Intelligence Forum, which secures that the knowledge on the latest process technologies is researched and shared across the group.

We have also introduced the concept 'Reman Challenge', which is an academic competition where engineering students across Europe get to research the upcoming challenges for the automotive remanufacturing industry.
